When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out approximately 7 business days after August 17, 2021 (sales closing date).

Why can’t I track my order?

It may take 2-7 business days to track your order as the tracking number is sometimes pre-registered to ensure that it is reflected on the Hanteo Chart in a timely manner.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on August 17, 2021 at 11:59 PM KST.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. Each album you purchase will count as one entry into the lucky draw.

Can I place a group order?

The minimum number of albums for a group order is 30 and group orders will not count as participation toward the fansign event. To place a group order, please contact us here.

The last day to place your final group order is by August 13, 2021 at 5:00 PM KST.

WINNERS’ SELECTION

- The winners will be announced on August 19, 2021 at 2:00 PM KST via an individually sent email.
- The name used to confirm the winner’s participation will be the ‘Participant’s Legal Name’ that was submitted via the Fansign Participant Form.
