The signed CD pre-order will close on April 5th at 10:00 AM KST.

Where will it be shipped?

There will be no shipping, you have to come to the venue to collect your signed CD:

We accept payment through credit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register to Paypal before placing an order?

No, you can create a Paypal account during checkout if you do not have an account already.  

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

Only one item can be purchased per order. If you wish to purchase more than one item you can do so by a separate transaction.

How do I check my order status?

You will receive an order summary email upon successfully completing your order. You will also receive a confirmation email after sales are closed on April 5th.

What is included in the package?

The signed Album package includes NARCISSUS album signed by all members of SF9. TEMPTATION and EMPTINESS version included.

Each of the versions includes:

-Booklet (72p)

-CD

-Folding Poster (1 random out of 9 for each version)

-Concept Photo Card (1 random out of 9 for each version)

-Selfie Photo Card (1 random out of 9 for each version)

* The outer case is just for protecting goods (scratches and discoloration on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging or returning).

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds.

Can someone pick up a disc on my behalf in case I cannot come?

No, the buyer should come to pick up its signed CD

If a parent/ or a friend purchases the disc for me, under whose name should it go?

When filling the full name, please fill the name of the person who will come to pick the CD on the pickup day.
