When will sales close?

Sales will close at different times for each city. Please refer to the list below:

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register to PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not have an account already.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is restricted to one package per transaction. If you wish to purchase more than one package, please make another transaction.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under “Buyer Information” section at the checkout. Make sure to enter the full name on the valid government issued ID, which will be checked upon entry. Name of event attendee cannot be changed after purchasing as sales are non-transferrable

Will I get a confirmation email from MyMusicTaste?

You will receive a payment receipt and a confirmation email from us within one business day of your purchase.

Is there a minimum of participants to participate in the event?

5 participants is the minimum number of participants in the event

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds unless the event gets canceled.

Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. Package cannot be transferred to others. ID will be checked upon entry.

What does the package include?

This exclusive package includes a Q&A session with KNK, a picture with all 5 members of KNK, a signed personal item, Full Official KNK Lonely Night Tour merch package (3 items) and VIP MMT host to guide attendees into the VIP event

Is this an 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with KNK and several other lucky fans.

Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?

The entry ticket to the concert is not included in the Closer: a VIP Event with KNK package. You will have to purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert!

Do you need to purchase a ticket to the concert to purchase the Closer: a VIP Event with KNK package?

Yes, a ticket to KNK Lonely Night Tour in USA is mandatory in order to participate in the Closer: a VIP Event with KNK.

Where is this event happening?

It will be happening at the respective show venues. Please meet MMT staff at 12:30 in front of the ticket booth.

How long will the event last?

The event will last about 1 hour. However, it is subject to change depending on the tour schedule.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Unfortunately, recording will not be allowed except for the photo session. Let your phone rest and enjoy the time with KNK!
