Is there an age restriction for this concert?

• Paris

  • Minors under 16 NEED to be accompanied. The accompanying adult needs to be a parent or a legal guardian. Age restrictions apply to all tiers. Paperwork is needed for verification. For more information regarding the paperwork please contact the local venue.

  • Accompanied adults need to purchase a ticket to the Xdinary Heroes <Break the Brake> World Tour.

• London

  • No entry for children below the age of 8. 

  • Minors under 14 NEED to be accompanied. The accompanying adult DOES NOT need to be a parent or a legal guardian. The companion must be 18 years or older. Age restrictions apply to all tiers.

  • Accompanied adults need to purchase a ticket to the Xdinary Heroes <Break the Brake> World Tour.

• Frankfurt

  • No entry for children below the age of 6. 

  • Minors under 16 NEED to be accompanied. The accompanying adult needs to be a parent or a legal guardian. Age restrictions apply to all tiers. A passport and written approval (Muttizettel) from parents and legal guardian must be provided and they also must be at least 18 years old. 

  • Accompanied adults need to purchase a ticket to the Xdinary Heroes <Break the Brake> World Tour.

• Madrid

  • Minors under 16 NEED to be accompanied. The accompanying adult needs to be a parent or a legal guardian. Age restrictions apply to all tiers. Paperwork is needed for verification. 

  • Accompanied adults need to purchase a ticket to the Xdinary Heroes <Break the Brake> World Tour.

• Milan

  • Minors under 16 NEED to be accompanied. The accompanying adult needs to be a parent or a legal guardian. Age restrictions apply to all tiers. Paperwork (Proof of the Parents ID) is needed for verification. 

  • Accompanied adults need to purchase a ticket to the Xdinary Heroes <Break the Brake> World Tour.

• Warsaw

  • Minors under 19 NEED to be accompanied. The accompanying adult DOES NOT need to be a parent or a legal guardian. Age restrictions apply to all tiers. Paperwork is needed for verification.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed unless the event gets canceled. Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

When and where is the event happening?

The Xdinary Heroes <Break the Brake> World Tour in Paris, London, Madrid and London will be held at 7:00 PM local time. The Xdinary Heroes <Break the Brake> World Tour in Frankfurt and Warsaw will be held at 8:00 PM local time.

How long is the show?
