When will my order be shipped out?
Your order will be shipped out
approximately 7~10 business days after
mid of October, 2023 (product release date).
**Business days = Weekdays excluding weekends and official holidays.
Why can’t I track my order?
As we reflect your purchase on the Hanteo Chart, it may take 2-7 business days to see updates to your tracking information.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on September 24, 2023 at 11:59 PM KST.
Why isn’t the rest of my order coming?
Are you perhaps a winner? Yes? Congratulations!
Please note that for in-person(offline) fan sign events, the winning orders will be shipped out after the event has concluded even if you received the winners’ benefit on-site.
**The winning order number will be able to be checked via our site’s ENTRIES
page or the winners’ announcement email.
Can I exchange my album for slight scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case?
No. Please note that the external packaging (product's outer box) is just for the protection of the goods inside the product; scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case cannot be the reason for an exchange or return.
Orders & Payments
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.
How many items can I order? Is there a limit?
There is a limit of 20 products per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. Each product you purchase will count as one entry into the lucky draw.
Can I place a group order?
The minimum number of products for a group order is 30 and
group orders will not count as participation toward the
fansign event.

The last day to place your final group order is by September 22, 2023 at 5:00 PM KST.
Event Details
Where can I participate in the fan signing event?
Information on the date and place of the event can be found through e-mails sent individually to the winners later.
What kind of ID do I need?
You need to bring your ID card to participate in the event. Your ID card must include your name, photo, and date of birth. Examples include your resident registration card, driver's license, passport, or student ID. Identification must be presented in person and copies will not be allowed.
***The name on the ID card must match the name you wrote in the 'Fan Signing Event Participant Information' section that you listed.
*If you present an invalid form of ID (such as a credit card) that was not mentioned above, or if the information is inconsistent, your entry may be restricted, and MyMusicTaste will not be responsible for any damages.
Where can I get my autograph?
Autographs can only be received on the specific poster, which will be distributed on-site.
*Please note that the albums will be shipped out after the event.
What are the COVID-19 protocols to enter the event?
Wearing masks will be mandatory and please refer to the event ‘DETAIL’ page’s Precautions - ‘COVID-19 Related Regulations’ section for details.

Are there any specific event rules and regulations?
Please refer to the notice on the project’s ‘DETAIL’ page for further information regarding any precautions, policies, and regulations regarding the event.
Will an interpreter be provided while participating in the event?
No separate interpretation is available at this event.
