Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not already have an account.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is limited to one (1) package per attendee.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under the ‘Buyer Information’ section at checkout. Make sure to enter the full name as reflected on the valid government issued ID, which will be checked upon entry.

You will not be able to edit your information after the transaction is completed, so please ensure that all entered information is correct before checking out.

Will I get a confirmation email from MyMusicTaste?

Yes, you will receive a payment receipt and a confirmation email from us within one (1) business day of your purchase. Please also check your spam and/or junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox.

Is there a minimum of participants to participate in the event?

Yes, a minimum of 3 participants is required for the event to take place.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds unless the event gets canceled.

Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. The package cannot be transferred to a third-party. IDs will be checked upon entry.

Again, you will not be able to edit your information after the transaction is completed, so please ensure that all entered information is correct before checking out.

PACKAGE

What is included in the package?

The exclusive package includes:

1. A Q&A session with KNK

2. Personal signed item*

3. An individual fan and group picture with KNK (photo will be taken with each participant's own phone by one of the MMT staff)

4. KNK Sunrise Tour official tour merchandise (T-shirt, Tote Bag, Cap, Wristband)

*The personal item will be checked prior to the event. Any inappropriate item will not be signed.

Is this an 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with KNK and several other lucky fans.

Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?

The entry ticket to the concert is not included in the KNK SUNRISE SPECIAL EVENT package. You will have to purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert.

Do you need to purchase a ticket to the concert to purchase the KNK SUNRISE SPECIAL EVENT package?

No, a ticket to the concert is not required in order to participate in the KNK SUNRISE SPECIAL EVENT.

Where is this event happening?

It will be happening at the respective show venues. Please meet our MMT staff at 1:45 PM* in front of the venue’s main entrance.

How long will the event last?

The event will last about 40 minutes*. However, it is subject to change depending on the tour schedule.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Unfortunately, recording and/or taking pictures will not be allowed except during the photo session. Let your phone rest and enjoy the time with KNK!

Do KNK SUNRISE SPECIAL EVENT package purchasers get priority entry to the concert?

Yes, you will be the first-in-line for your tier. The order of entry is as follows:

1. Top 10 TasteMakers

2. KNK SUNRISE SPECIAL EVENT package purchasers with VIP show tickets

3. Regular VIP concert ticket holders

4. KNK SUNRISE SPECIAL EVENT package purchasers with GA/Balcony concert tickets

5. Regular GA/Balcony concert ticket holders
