Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not already have an account.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is limited to one (1) package per attendee.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under the ‘Buyer Information’ section at checkout. Make sure to enter the full name as reflected on the valid government issued ID, which will be checked upon entry.

Tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE so if the name of the person ATTENDING the event is not written on the purchaser portion at time of purchase, name changes/ticket transfer requests will not be accepted.

Will I get a confirmation email from MyMusicTaste?

Yes, you will receive a payment receipt and a confirmation email from us within one (1) business day of your purchase. Please also check your spam and/or junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox.

Is there a minimum of participants to participate in the event?

Yes, a minimum of 5 participants is required for the event to take place.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds unless the event gets canceled.

Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. The package cannot be transferred to a third-party. IDs will be checked upon entry.

PACKAGE

What is included in the package?

The exclusive package includes:

• MD package to be handed out at the end of the show (Tshirt, Hoodie, Tote bag, Cap, Wristband, Keychain, Tour Poster)*

• Q&A Session

• Personal Item Signing

• Individual Photo with all of THE BOYZ using personal phone

• Priority Entry Within Ticket Tier

*The DREAMLIKE IN EUROPE EVENT MD package will be handed out to participants at the end of the show. The meeting point will be disclosed to participants at the special event.

** Please note your that MD apparel sizes cannot be guaranteed if your preferred sizes are not submitted on time

Is this an 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with THE BOYZ and several other lucky fans.

Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?

The entry ticket to the concert is not included in the DREAMLIKE IN EUROPE EVENT  package. You will have to purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert.

Do you need to purchase a ticket to the concert to purchase the DREAMLIKE IN EUROPE EVENT package?

Yes, a ticket to 2019 THE BOYZ EUROPE TOUR <DREAMLIKE> is mandatory in order to participate in the DREAMLIKE IN EUROPE EVENT.

Where is this event happening?

It will be happening at the respective show venues. Please meet MMT staff at 10:45 AM (local time) in front of the venue’s main entrance.

How long will the event last?

The event will last about 1 hour. However, it is subject to change depending on the tour schedule.

Will fan gifts/letters be accepted at this event?

No, we are unable to accept fan gifts and letters at any events during THE BOYZ' Europe tour. We seek your kind understanding and cooperation on this matter.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Unfortunately, recording and/or taking pictures will not be allowed except during the photo session. Let your phone rest and enjoy the time with THE BOYZ!
