When and where can I buy the tickets?

Promo codes will be sent via email on December 6th, 2022 at 10:00 AM CET (9:00 AM GMT) and can only be used to purchase a ticket during the following presale period:

• Presale open: December 6th, 2022 at 10:00 AM CET (9:00 AM GMT)

• Presale close: December 8th, 2022 at 10:00 AM CET (9:00 AM GMT)

*Each venue provides different ticket tier levels, so please visit the respective ticketing website for additional details.

*Limited Quantity

*MD will be distributed at the respective venues upon exit from the venue. Please note that you will not be able to receive the MD if you are not physically present at the event.

*Defects or missing items found in the package will be replaceable only on-site and will not be delivered separately.

***Please note that the Group Photo will be sent out approximately 50 days after the event. However, please be advised that this schedule is subject to change based on external circumstances.

Is there an age restriction for this concert?

WARSAW

• Minors under 16 NEED to be accompanied. The accompanying adult does not need to be a parent or a guardian. The minimum age is 12 to enter the venue. 

• If a minor wants to attend the event ALONE, please fill out the following:

  • For unaccompanied minors between 16-18 please fill out this form: https://mmt.fans/bnRt

  • For unaccompanied minors under 16 please fill out this form: https://mmt.fans/bn77

TILBURG

• Minors under 14 NEED to be accompanied. The accompanying adult does not need to be a parent or a guardian. Age restrictions apply to all tiers. 

  • Minors 15 and up are able to attend the show alone.

  • The accompanying adult needs to buy a same tier ticket for the minor to enter.

LONDON

• Minors under 14 NEED to be accompanied. The accompanying adult does not need to be a parent or a guardian. The minimum age is 8 to enter the venue. 

  • ‘Upstairs’ at the venue minors 8 and up are allowed.

  • ‘Downstairs(Stalls Lower)’ at the venue minors 14 and up are allowed.

  • All minors under 14 must be with an adult.

  • The accompanying adult needs to buy a same tier ticket for the minor to enter.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed unless the event gets canceled. Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

 *Please note that inquiries in regard to refunds should be made to the ticket vendor directly.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

There is a limit of 4 tickets per person. 

When and where is the event happening?

The CIX 2nd WORLD TOUR <Save me, Kill me> IN EUROPE will be held at 7:30 PM local time.

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 2 hours.

Will fan events/requests, gifts, and/or food support be accepted?

Please note that fan events/requests of any kind, gifts, and/or food support are prohibited for all concerts.
