Your order will be shipped out approximately 7 business days after November 23, 2021 PST (sales closing date).

Why can’t I track my order?

As we reflect your purchase on the Hanteo Chart, it may take 2-7 business days to see updates to your tracking information.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on November 23, 2021 at 6:59 AM PST.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. Each album you purchase will count as one entry into the lucky draw.

How many albums can I get signed?
Autographs can only be received on 1 album (random version) provided on the day of the event. This album will be from one of the remaining items purchased in your associated order number.

Can I get the autograph somewhere else?
Please note that autographs can only be received on the album provided. Any other items or albums will not be permitted for autographs.

What happens if I can’t attend the event?

Please note that one (1) signed album and one (1) signed polaroid will be shipped to all winners who cannot attend the event.
