Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).

What kinds of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not already have an account.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is limited to one (1) package per attendee.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under the ‘Buyer Information’ section at checkout. Make sure to enter the full name as reflected on the valid government issued ID, which will be checked upon entry. Please note that this package is non-transferable. 

Will I get a confirmation email from MyMusicTaste?

Yes, you will receive a payment receipt and a confirmation email from us within one (1) business day of your purchase. Please also check your spam and/or junk folders if you do not see it in your inbox.

Is there a minimum of participants required to participate in the event?

Yes, a minimum of 5 participants is required for the event to take place.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds unless the event gets canceled.

Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. The package cannot be transferred to a third-party. IDs will be checked upon entry.

What is included in the package?

The exclusive package includes the following:

• An individual, 1:1 picture with The Rose (photo will be taken with each participant’s own phone by one of the MMT staff)

Is this a 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with The Rose and several other lucky fans.

Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?

The entry ticket to the concert is not included in the Rose Garden: A Special Event with The Rose package. You will have to purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert.

Do you need to purchase a ticket to the concert to purchase the Rose Garden: A Special Event with The Rose package?

Yes, a ticket to We Rose You Live in USA is mandatory in order to participate in Rose Garden: A Special Event with The Rose.

Will I receive early entry to the concert?

Yes, as a special event attendee, you will receive early entry to the show after Top 10 TasteMakers within your respective tiers.

VIP ticket holders: MMT staff will provide your numbered wristbands at Rose Garden: A Special Event with The Rose

GA ticket holders: MMT staff will walk you to the front of the GA line after Rose Garden: A Special Event with The Rose concludes

Where is this event happening?

It will be happening at the respective show venues. Please meet our MMT staff at 1:00 PM in front of the venue’s main entrance.

How long will the event last?

The event will last about 1 hour and 30 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes. However, it is subject to change depending on the tour schedule.

Are there any restrictions for the Q&A or photo session?

Inappropriate poses and personal questions (e.g. asking for personal contacts of members, sexual questions, etc) that may disturb the members are prohibited. Please also note that the questions should be directed to The Rose as a group rather than to the members individually. As this is a Q&A session, please only ask questions and refrain from asking for requests to sing, reenactments, etc.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Please note that photography and/or recording, including live broadcasts via social media, are strictly prohibited during the event except during the photo session. Let your phone rest and enjoy the time with The Rose!
