For 2024 EVERGLOW US <PULSE & HEART> Attendees Only

Can anyone purchase this?
In order to purchase the signed CD, you must be a ticket purchaser of the 2024 EVERGLOW US <PULSE & HEART> show. Purchasers will be able to pick it up at the MD booth on the show date and venue of choice.

How and when do I receive my order?

Purchasers are required to show your official ID card and MyMusicTaste purchase history when picking up the product on the show date and venue of your choice. Please note that you will not be able to receive your order if you are not physically present at the event. Additionally, please kindly note that your order can only be picked up by the purchaser and cannot be picked up by any friends, family, and/or relatives on their behalf. 

**If you are unable to pick it up in the city you chose please note that we can not accommodate picking it up in another city. You must pick it up on the show date that you have chosen.

Can I exchange my CD for defects?

Defects are replaceable only on-site and will not be delivered separately. 

Can I change my order information (album, name, city) after checkout? 

Order amendments are not allowed after checkout. We kindly advise you to thoroughly review and double check your information during checkout. MyMusicTaste is not responsible for any errors made from notice negligence.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

You can submit any name (nicknames are allowed) for the artist to write down on the CD. However when picking up, the name on the ID, and the date of birth must match the information submitted during checkout. 

Are PS requests allowed?
PS requests will not be allowed. We ask for your understanding in the matter.

What form of ID is required?

Purchasers must bring a physical government-issued ID. Valid government-issued IDs should include the following: participant's full legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee). 

*Printed copies or photos of the ID will not count as a valid form of identification.

*The name on the ID must match the information submitted during checkout. It cannot be picked up by any friends, family, and/or relatives on their behalf.

*Invalid forms of identification (i.e. credit cards) or mismatching information will result in denied entry, and MyMusicTaste will not be held liable for any issues caused in relation to this matter.

*For attendees who are minors: please note that multiple forms of government-issued ID will be accepted to verify all of the following information: legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee). 

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 2 CDs per transaction. (1 CD of each version.)
