GENERAL

When and where is the event happening?

- 1st Concert: Saturday, July 17, 2021 at 2:00 PM KST

- 2nd Concert: Sunday, July 18, 2021 at 2:00 PM KST

How long is the show?

Both shows will go on for approximately 120 minutes. 

(Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions or other external factors).

Will there be subtitles available during the live event?

Yes. Subtitles will be available in English and Japanese. 

Can anyone participate and is there an age restriction? 

There is no age restriction for this event. 

Those who have registered for an account with MyMusicTaste and have purchased a ticket to this event, will be able to participate.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

It is restricted to 1 ticket per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of ticket tiers (options) I can buy?

No, you may purchase as many ticket tiers (options) as you like!

However, please know that all tickets are non-transferable and in the case that multiple ‘LIVE’ tickets are purchased, only one device will be able to view the live streaming event.

Are VAT taxes included in the ticket price?

Yes, VAT taxes are included in the ticket price.

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets for this event; a redeem code will be sent to the email address registered to your MyMusicTaste account after the ticket sales have ended. Please refer to the dates and times below:

- 1st Concert: July 16, 2021 at 5:00 PM KST

- 2nd Concert: July 17, 2021 at 5:00 PM KST

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).

What kinds of payment do you accept?

Refer to our Payment & Refunds FAQ for more information on the types of payment methods available. 

*PayPal is not available for those purchasers with a Korean phone number, Korean billing address, and Korean shipping address.

My payment did not go through. What should I do?

Please check if your card is eligible for foreign transactions and has a sufficient amount after taxes and shipping fees are applied. If the payment still does not go through, please check with your bank.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed. Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Will a VOD or MD be available for purchase after the concert?

A VOD will not be available for purchase due to service and copyright restrictions.

MD will only be available for purchase via Woolim Mall.

STREAMING THE CONCERT

How do I start streaming?

After completing your purchase on MyMusicTaste, you can watch this concert on a separate viewing platform with the redeem code provided to you (dates listed above).

If you have not received a redeem code, please contact us for further assistance.

Can I watch the live streaming show on multiple devices?

Please be advised that all tickets and redeem codes are non-transferable and only one device will be able to view the live streaming event. 

One redeem code is assigned to each order ID and it cannot be used on multiple devices at the same time or you will be kicked out of the previous device/tab.

- For a smooth viewing experience, please access the Internet from an environment with a speed of 20Mbps or faster. If a shared network is used, there may be a slight delay even if the speed is 20Mbps or more. 

- 3G/LTE may increase data usage. Please be advised that using 3G/LTE may lead to unstable, weak signals and/or cause the live streaming program to disconnect during the middle of the event and disrupt the overall streaming experience. MyMusicTaste will not be liable for the factors listed above.
