Concert schedule

The concert will begin at 12 PM (KST) on September 20, 2020, exclusively on the official MYMUSICTASTE website.

Concert running time

The concert will last for minimum 100 minutes. Please note that it could be slightly adjusted depending on the situation on-site or external factors.

Viewing requirements and age limit

Everyone who has membership at MYMUSICTASTE and purchased a ticket for the HAN SEUNG WOO 1^ST ONTACT STAGE [Seungwoo’s World] can watch the show.

There is no age restriction for this event. Fans of all ages are welcome.

Tickets will be available from 12 PM on September 7, 2020 ~ 12:30 PM on September 20, 2020.

*One MyMusicTaste account can purchase the same ticket at multiple times and/or two or more different tickets. However, although the one account purchased multiple LIVE tickets, only one device is allowed to watch the concert.

Payment methods

You may pay with your credit/debit cards (Mastercard/VISA/American Express) or through Paypal. Tax and fees will be included in the final payment.

Do I have to join MYMUSICTASTE to watch the concert?

Yes, only MyMusicTaste members can purchase tickets. Ticket purchase is limited to one ticket per account.

How to receive the ticket

There will be no physical tickets for this concert. You will get a confirmation email to the email address you used upon joining MyMusicTaste, which will be your ticket.

If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us here for assistance.

*A link to view the streaming event will not be included in the order confirmation email nor will it be sent out to you in a separate email. Please visit the ‘Live’ page on MyMusicTaste and select the event you are looking to stream.

* Kindly note that the concert could be delayed or cancelled due to any external factors. Check the official website for all updates and purchase the tickets at your discretion. 

My payment did not go through. What should I do?

Please check if your card is eligible for foreign transactions and has a sufficient amount after taxes and shipping fees are applied. Please also make sure all details (name, address, etc.) have been listed accordingly as the payment may fail if this information is not listed correctly. 

If the payment still doesn’t go through, please check with your bank.

Will there be official merchandise related to the concert I could buy?

Yes. Please refer to the website or the MyMusicTaste Twitter and Facebook account for details.

MYMUSICTASTE LIVE

How do I watch the concert?

Go to MyMusicTaste.com, click the ‘Live’ banner on the upper right corner, and choose the concert name.

Can I video/audio record or make screenshots of the concert?

All video, audio recording and screenshots are strictly prohibited.

It is an infringement of intellectual property rights to illegally copy, distribute, or sell content without the consent of the copyright holder.

Any content that have been illegally uploaded or recorded will be directly reported to that pertaining social media platform and the perpetrators will face legal consequences.

What happens when the countdown clock disappears?

It means that the concert is ready to start soon.

Can I watch the concert on all mobile devices?

Keep in mind that one account is able to use one device only although the account purchased multiple LIVE tickets. It is possible, but please note that the visual interface and other functions (including live chatting) could be different on devices other than desktop computers and personal laptops.

What does “VOD” mean?

VOD is a video re-watching service that is provided after the Korean media assessment committee reviews the content. The schedule is subject to change depending on the reviewing schedule. Once review is done, VOD will be available for 2 months only.

Some parts of the concert may be deleted from the VOD service due to copyright issues.

VOD will be released after the Korean media assessment committee reviews the relative contents, which could take some time. There will be an announcement before the VOD service is released.

Will the VOD be available to watch forever? Infinitely?

The VOD will only be available to view for 60 days after the release date. It will be available to view until January 8, 2021 @ 11:59 PM KST.

The VOD availability period is:

CLOSE: January 8, 2021 @ 11:59 PM KST

What should I do if I'm on the online fanmeeting page but it says the following message:

"Oops try again or contact us here"

Please do not abuse the refresh button by continuously pressing the refresh symbol on the page. If this message/error is showing on your page, please wait a couple of minutes to refresh the page ONCE. Even after you have done this and the live streaming still is not showing, please reach out to us here for additional assistance.

Please make sure you are logged into the MyMusicTaste account you have purchased the live streaming show ticket with. You must be logged into your account in order to view the concert.

Reporting Illegally Downloaded/Streamed/Copied Content

If you happen to see any content online that has been illegally posted without the consent of the artists’ management nor MyMusicTaste, please fill out this Google Form so that we may take appropriate action to have these videos removed/taken down.

- For a smooth viewing experience, please access the Internet from an environment with a speed of 20Mbps or faster. If a shared network is used, there may be a slight delay even if the speed is 20 Mbps or more. 

- 3G/LTE may increase data usage; please be advised that using 3G/LTE may lead to unstable, weak signals and/or cause the live streaming program to disconnect during the middle of the event and disrupt the overall streaming experience. MyMusicTaste will not be liable for the factors listed above.

- External factors and/or technical difficulties may affect or disrupt the video/voice quality; please be advised of this before purchasing the ticket to this event.  

SHIPPING

Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we’re experiencing delays and suspension from some delivery couriers. We’re dispatching our orders as per usual, but the following couriers are experiencing delays in shipping to the respective countries. 

Please refer to the list of the countries and shipping methods that are currently unavailable (listed at the bottom of the page). We ask for your understanding in that your order may get canceled if your chosen shipping method becomes unavailable upon your order. 

For regions/areas where delivery has been suspended due to COVID-19, packages will be shipped out when delivery becomes available.

*Please note that all shipping addresses for DHL Express, including recipient name should be written in English letters only. If Japanese, Chinese or any other characters are used in your information, it may affect the shipping status and cause delays.

Where can I get my album shipped to?

You can only get your order shipped to the countries listed in the shipping list.

What are the shipping options?

**It is the purchaser's responsibility to check whether their chosen delivery method is compatible with their delivery address and/or local customs authority. Should failure to check result in the package being returned to the sender, the re-shipment fee will be at the expense of the purchaser.

*The delivery periods listed above are the estimated standard delivery times. There may be delays depending on external circumstances.

When will my order be shipped out?

Considering the manufacturing and shipment preparation schedule, your order will be shipped out approximately from the end of October 2020, and your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page once your order has been shipped.

Are customs duties included in the price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the price.

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the country. Your package may incur fees upon delivery and this charge is determined by your local customs authority. Please refer to your local customs website for more information. 

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Yes, you can edit your shipping address via the project page until the sale closes.

My package is being sent back to the sender because I missed my delivery. What should I do?

Failure to fill in the shipping information correctly may result in issues regarding product delivery. There will be no compensation for resulting damages.

If you would like the product to be re-delivered, please note the additional shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the purchaser.

How much would it cost for a re-shipment?

The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, the weight of the parcel, shipping address, and additional options. Please see below for a breakdown of fees.

My package is damaged or has a defect. What should I do?

MyMusicTaste is not liable for loss or damage resulting from any deliberate act or during the transporting and/or delivery of the goods. If, however, you received your product and believe there is a defect or it arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date of your order. Include your order number and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. Once we receive the item you consider defective, we will fully examine it and offer a replacement of the damaged/defective item with its re-shipment cost.
