Package General
When do I receive my merchandise?
MD will be distributed at the respective venues upon exit from the venue. Please note that you will not be able to receive the MD if you are not physically present at the event.
*Defects or missing items found in the package will be replaceable only on-site and will not be delivered separately.
Attendees will receive a pack of 4 Double Class Objekts. This Objekt Pack is
exclusive to special event attendees.
You can also obtain the digital Objekt by scanning the QR code on the
physical Objekt in the COSMO app.
How and when will I receive my Group Photo?
Please note that the Group Photo will be sent out to your MyMusicTaste registered email approximately 50 days after the event.

When can we check-in for this event?
Check in time for the tripleS 1st World Tour [Authentic] LOVElution in US Meet and Greet Event is 16:00 to 17:00 local time. The exact location with pictures will be uploaded on our official social media accounts as the date approaches. Please note that check-in may take place earlier in order to prevent confusion with concert admission.

What form of ID is required?
Attendees must bring a valid government-issued ID that includes the participant's full legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee).
The name on the ID must match the ‘Event Attendee Information’ submitted during checkout. The QR code issued for this event should match the ID presented on site. The QR code cannot be scanned by any friends, family, and/or relatives on their behalf.
*Invalid forms of identification (i.e. credit cards) or mismatching information will result in denied entry, and MyMusicTaste will not be held liable for any issues caused in relation to this matter.
*For attendees who are minors: please note that multiple forms of government-issued ID will be accepted to verify all of the following information: legal name, date of birth, and a photo (of the attendee).
*Please make sure to bring a physical ID to the event; printed copies or photos of the ID will not count as a valid form of identification.
What are the COVID-19 protocols to enter the event?
Detailed information concerning the protocol for entry into the event is provided on the 'COVID-19 PROTOCOL' section of the purchase webpage.
All attendees are recommended to wear masks at all times during the event.
Please note that the artist will not be wearing a mask during the event.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?
Please note that taking pictures and videos is strictly prohibited for all attendees.
What if I am purchasing for somebody else?
The event attendee’s full legal name should be listed as it is shown on the valid government-issued ID displayed upon entry to the event. Please note that this purchase is non-transferable and requests to transfer one’s purchase will not be accepted.
