I pre-ordered my album. Will it count as an entry into the fansign event?

Only album purchases made on MyMusicTaste from February 3, 2020 to February 9, 2020 at 5:00 PM PST will count towards this fansign event.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. Each album you purchase will count as one entry into the lucky draw.

What if I am purchasing for someone else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under the ‘Fansign Information’ section when you checkout. The event is non-transferable and we will be checking IDs on the day of the event. If the names on the order and the ID do not match, participation in the event will be denied.

You will not be able to edit any details after the sale closes so please make sure all entered information is correct by February 9, 2020 at 5:00 PM PST.

Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).

- Winners will be selected randomly via a draw. Please note that travel expenses are to be covered by the winners themselves.

What form of ID is required?

Winners must bring a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or student ID card, that includes the participant's full name, birth date, and photo. 

Only physical ID cards will be accepted as valid forms of ID; copies will not be accepted.

*Invalid forms of identification (i.e. credit cards) or mismatching information will result in denied entry, and MyMusicTaste is not liable for any issues caused.

Should I bring my own CD?

We will provide one (1) ATEEZ ZERO : FEVER PART. 1 album for each winner. Please note that the rest of your order was shipped to you. 

What are the COVID-19 protocols to enter the event?

Admission is possible only to winners who have proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 OR documentation of a negative COVID-19 test result (PCR or Antigen) within 48 hours of the event. Winners who lack this documentation will be denied entry. Please note that any COVID-19 test result other than a valid PCR or Antigen test will not be accepted.

Are there any specific event rules and regulations?

Please refer to the notice on the project’s ‘DETAIL’ page for further information regarding any precautions, policies, and regulations regarding the event.

What is the age restriction for this event?

Yes, attendees must be 12 or older to enter the venue. Attendees between the ages of 12 to 17 years will only be allowed to attend this event with a parent consent form, which needs to (1) be written by your parent, (2) indicate your parent's consent for you to attend the fansign event, and (3) be signed by your parent.

If you are accompanied by a parent, please note that the parent is not allowed inside the venue.

How will the order be determined?

A draw for the number tag will be held 1 hour before the start of the fansign event. There is no benefit to coming early.

The fansign event will take place according to the distributed number tags. When it is your turn to get an autograph, please follow our staff’s instructions and bring your album and number tag with you.

Can I take any seat I want?

No, your seat will be assigned based on your number tag.

Please note that number tags will be drawn randomly on-site. When number tags are distributed, we will verify your ID and distribute your album and seating assignment. 

Will there be a translator?

No, but please note that on-site instructions will be given in English.

Can I ask the artists questions?

Only one question per member is allowed; please write it on the provided post-it notes. Questions with unreasonable requests or questions related to the artist's personal life are not allowed.

Can I bring another item to sign? Where can I receive a signature?

Autographs can only be signed inside the designated pages on the distributed ATEEZ ZERO : FEVER PART. 1 photobook. 

Please make sure to write your name in English or Korean clearly on the sticky note provided.
