When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out approximately 7 business days after March 27, 2022 KST (sales closing date).

Why can’t I track my order?

It may take 2-7 business days to see updates to your tracking information.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on March 27, 2022 at 11:59 PM KST.

*All album versions will be distributed randomly, despite the total albums purchased.

*Album benefits are available in limited quantities; defects found on these items may not be replaceable.

*The external packaging (album's outer box) is just for the protection of the goods inside the album; scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case cannot be the reason for an exchange or return.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 6 sets per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. Each album you purchase will count as one entry into the lucky draw.

Can I place a group order?

No, a group order is not available for this event.

- The winners will be announced on March 29, 2022 at 4:00 PM KST via an individually sent email.
- The winner's ID card must match the information submitted via the 'Fansign Participant Information' section. Please ensure it is correct because you can only edit this section on our site before the sales end date.

- Please note that travel expenses are to be covered by the winners themselves.

What happens if I can’t attend the event?

Please be informed that there will be no additional benefits or compensation for winners who cannot attend this event. 

What form of ID is required?

Winners must bring a valid government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, that includes the participant's full name, birth date, and photo. 

Only physical ID cards will be accepted as valid forms of ID; copies will not be accepted.

*Invalid forms of identification (i.e. credit cards) or mismatching information will result in denied entry, and MyMusicTaste is not liable for any issues caused.

Should I bring my own CD?

Yes, please bring one (1) album of your choice from the ZERO: FEVER series (Part.1, Part.2 or Part.3) to get it signed by ATEEZ. 

MyMusicTaste is not liable for any issues caused by winners who have not brought their own albums.

What are the COVID-19 protocols to enter the event?

The required COVID-19 related documents are subject to change based on local protocols. Please refer to the notice closer to the event date for the updated requirements.

Are there any specific event rules and regulations?

Please refer to the notice on the project’s ‘DETAIL’ page for further information regarding any precautions, policies, and regulations regarding the event.

How will the order be determined?

A draw for the number tag will be held 1 hour before the start of the fansign event. There is no benefit to coming early.

The fansign event will take place according to the distributed number tags. When it is your turn to get an autograph, please follow our staff’s instructions and bring your album and number tag with you.

Can I take any seat I want?

No, your seat will be assigned based on your number tag.

Please note that number tags will be drawn randomly on-site. When number tags are distributed, we will verify your ID and distribute your album and seating assignment. 

Will there be a translator?

No, but please note that on-site instructions will be given in English.  

What is the age restriction for this event?

Yes, attendees must be 12 or older to enter the venue. Attendees between the ages of 12 to 17 years will only be allowed to attend this event with a parent consent form, which needs to (1) be written by your parent, (2) indicate your parent's consent for you to attend the fansign event, and (3) be signed by your parent.

If you are accompanied by a parent, please note that the parent is not allowed inside the venue.
