When and where is the event happening?

Gaho live-stream concert "Ride Out" will be held on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at 6:00 PM KST through the Amazer App.

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 100 minutes. 

(Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions or other external factors).

Is there an age restriction for this event?

Yes. Please be advised that the concert is only available to viewers 8 years and older. 

Will subtitles be available for this event?

Yes! English subtitles will be available.

TICKETING

I’m so excited! When can I buy the tickets?

Open: August 10, 2021 at 12:00 PM KST  

Close: August 27, 2021 at 3:00 PM KST 

What are the available ticket options?

- LIVE + Gaho hairband item

*All ticket purchasers will receive the avatar item ‘Gaho hairband’ through the Amazer app as a special gift. Please note these can be redeemed 30 minutes before the start of the show. Only one special gift can be received per account.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Refunds will be available until August 27, 2021, 12:00 PM KST. Once the sales have closed on August 27, 2021 at 3:00 PM KST, refund or order amendment requests will no longer be accepted. Please make sure to check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

It is restricted to 1 ticket per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets distributed for this event, nor will a direct link containing the event's streaming link be emailed out to purchasers.

Shortly after completing your transaction, you will receive an order confirmation email and this can be used to confirm your purchase. 

Shortly after the sales end date, you will receive a redeem code at the email address registered to your MyMusicTaste account. Redeem codes will be sent out to all purchasers per the following date and time: 

- Date & time: August 27, 2021, Evening

How do I start streaming? How and where can I view the event?

Please see the following instructions on how to input the ticket code and access the concert:

1. Download the Amazer app from the Google Play store or the App Store

2. After launching the app, log in to your account (or sign up for an account!)

3. On the ‘Home’ page select ‘Settings’ then ‘Coupon’ and enter your ticket/redeem code

(code will consist of 16 characters - both numbers and letters)

4. After registering your ticket/redeem code, head over to ‘Gaho’ to start streaming!

- You can only verify one ticket with one redeem code. The same ticket cannot be associated with multiple redeem codes

- You may only stream the event with a redeem code that has been verified

- If you cancel your membership in the Amazer app after registering your ticket/redeem code, it may be difficult to view the information registered to the previously input ticket/redeem code
