When will my order be shipped out?

Delivery will begin sequentially after March 11, 2024 KST.

After March 11, 2024, your order will be shipped out weekly every Tuesday (except public holidays) after the order has been placed.

(Please note that if you complete the payment on Wednesday, it will be shipped the following Tuesday.)

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can not edit the delivery address after payment completion. 

Can I exchange my package for slight scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case?

No. Please note that the external packaging (the outer box) is just for the protection of the goods inside; scratches, discoloration, or minor dents and defects on the case cannot be the reason for an exchange or return.

How does the 777 Project work?

MyMusicTaste and Dreamcatcher will collaborate to go to any place of your choice! To participate, you must purchase a DREAM-KIT and invite a city of your choice. Once the invite rate reaches 777, then MyMusicTaste will set up a show in the invited place with Dreamcatcher. 

How do I invite a city to my purchase?

You can invite a place of your choice during check out. 

You can only invite only 1 place per purchase no matter the quantity. However, you will be able to add the artist per purchased DREAM-KIT. Please note that you are able to invite any city to your purchase, and it does not have to be the same.

*You can choose any country regardless of shipping address.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed unless the event gets canceled. Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of items I can buy per transaction?

There is a limit of 10 items per transaction.

If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.
