Do I need to register to PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during the checkout if you do not have an account already.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is restricted to one package per transaction. If you wish to purchase more than one package, please make another transaction.

What if I am purchasing for somebody else?

Please enter the actual event attendee’s information under “Buyer Information” section at the checkout. Make sure to enter the full name on the valid government issued ID, which will be checked upon entry.

Will I get a confirmation email from MyMusicTaste?

You will receive a payment receipt right after the purchase and a confirmation email from us within one business day.

Is there a minimum of participants to participate in the event?

5 participants is the minimum number of participants in the event

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final. There will be no refunds unless the event gets canceled.

Can I transfer my package to others?

Only the original purchaser can participate in the event. The package cannot be transferred to others. ID will be checked upon entry.

This exclusive package includes a Q&A session with RAVI, a picture with RAVI, an official merch item or album signed, pre-show soundcheck and Official RAVI 3RD REAL-LIVE [R.OOK BOOK] IN US merch package (4 items).

Is this an 1:1 event?

No, this event will be with RAVI and several other lucky fans.

Is a ticket to the concert included in the package?

The entry ticket to the concert is not included in the RAVI SPECIAL FAN EVENT IN US package. You will have to purchase a separate entry ticket to enjoy the concert!

Do you need to purchase a ticket to the concert to purchase the RAVI SPECIAL FAN EVENT IN US package?

Yes, a ticket to RAVI 3RD REAL-LIVE [R.OOK BOOK] IN US is mandatory in order to participate in the RAVI SPECIAL FAN EVENT IN US.

Where is this event happening?

It will be happening at the respective show venues. Please meet MMT staff at 1:00 pm in front of the venue’s main entrance.

How long will the event last?

The event will last about 1 hour. However, it is subject to change depending on the tour schedule.

Can I take pictures or videos during the event?

Unfortunately, recording and/or taking pictures, will not be allowed except for the photo session. Let your phone rest and enjoy the time with RAVI!

Will I get priority entrance to the concert if I buy the RAVI SPECIAL FAN EVENT IN US package?

Yes, VIP ticket holders will enter the venue right after TOP10 TasteMakers while GA ticket holders will be the first in line for their respective ticket tier.
