When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out approximately 7 business days after October 28th, 2022 at 11:59 PM KST, which is the date of the fansign. 

Why can’t I track my order?

As we reflect your purchase on the Hanteo Chart, it may take 2-7 business days to see updates to your tracking information.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

You can edit the delivery address on our site before the sales end date on October 7th, 2022 at 11:59 PM KST.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

There is a limit of 20 albums per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, please make another transaction. Each album you purchase will count as one entry into the lucky draw.

Can I place a group order?

The minimum number of albums for a group order is 30 and group orders will not count as participation toward the fansign event.
Please refer to the related Help Center article and contact us here to place a group order.

The last day to place your final group order is by October 6th, 2022 at 5:00 PM KST.

• The winners will be announced on October 11th, 2022 at 3:00 PM KST via an individually sent email.

• The winner's ID card must match the information submitted via the 'Fansign Participant Information' section. Please ensure it is correct because you can only edit this section on our site before the sales end date.

What should I do if I can't participate in the event?

Winners who fail to participate in this event will not receive additional benefits or rewards.

Where can I participate in the fan signing event?

Information on the date and place of the event can be found through e-mails sent individually to the winners later.

What kind of ID do I need?

You need to bring your ID card to participate in the event. Your ID card must include your name, photo, and date of birth. Examples include your resident registration card, driver's license, passport, or student ID. Identification must be presented in person and copies will not be allowed.

***The name on the ID card must match the name you wrote in the 'Fan Signing Event Participant Information' section that you listed. 

*If you present an invalid form of ID (such as a credit card) that was not mentioned above, or if the information is inconsistent, your entry may be restricted, and MyMusicTaste will not be responsible for any damages.

Where can I get my autograph?

You can only receive one of the CLASS:y 2nd Mini Album [Day&Night] you purchased, and the album you will be signing will be distributed on-site.

*Please note that the number of albums that you will receive by courier will exclude 1 signed album from the total order quantity.

What are the COVID-19 protocols to enter the event?

Wearing masks will be mandatory and please refer to the event ‘DETAIL’ page’s Precautions - ‘COVID-19 Related Regulations’ section for details.

Are there any specific event rules and regulations?

Please refer to the notice on the project’s ‘DETAIL’ page for further information regarding any precautions, policies, and regulations regarding the event.

Will an interpreter be provided while participating in the event?

No separate interpretation is available at this event.
