When and where is the event happening?

DREAMCATCHER CONCERT CROSSROADS: Part 1. Utopia will start on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 10:00 PM KST (9:00 PM MYT, 2:00 PM CEST, 9:00 AM EST).

DREAMCATCHER CONCERT CROSSROADS: Part 2. Dystopia will start on Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 10:00 PM KST (9:00 PM MYT, 2:00 PM CEST, 9:00 AM EST).

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 90 mins. 

(Event times, postponements, and cancellations are subject to change at any time without notice and may be due to external factors. Any updates or changes made will be listed on the project/sales page. Please proceed with caution during checkout to ensure that you are purchasing the tickets you intend to buy)

Can anyone participate and is there an age restriction? 

Yes! There is no age restriction for this event, and fans of all ages are welcome.

- When will the AFTER PARTY SESSION BE HELD?

The AFTER PARTY SESSION will be held shortly after the show on March 26, 2021.

*This special event will not be included in the VOD or published anywhere else. It will only be available live after the concert on March 26.

- Will the exclusive PRACTICE ROOM behind-the-scenes clips be aired live?

This event will not be aired live and will only be available via the PRACTICE ROOM VOD.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy?

No, you may purchase as many tickets as you like!

However, in the case that multiple ‘LIVE’ tickets are purchased under the same MyMusicTaste account, you will still only be able to watch the event on one device.

Please be advised that only one account and one device can view the live streaming event. 

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets distributed for this event, and no direct link containing the event's streaming link will be emailed.

You will receive a confirmation email to the email address used upon joining MyMusicTaste, and this can be used to confirm your purchase.

Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).

What kinds of payments do you accept?

Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not already have an account.

Do the prices include taxes and ticketing fees?

No, you have to pay the necessary fees upon checkout. Please note that all prices listed before checkout do NOT include taxes and/or ticketing/service fees.

I have purchased the ticket to the live streaming event. What should I do next?

You’re all set to go! On the day of the show, please review the ‘MyMusicTaste Live’ section of the FAQ for further instructions on how to access the live streaming event!

*Once more! A link to view the streaming event will NOT be included in the order confirmation email nor will it be sent out to you in a separate email. Please visit the ‘Live’ page on MyMusicTaste and select the event you are looking to stream. 

My payment did not go through. What should I do?

Please check if your card is eligible for foreign transactions and has a sufficient amount after taxes and shipping fees are applied. If the payment still does not go through, please check with your bank.

Can I get a refund?

MYMUSICTASTE LIVE

How do I start streaming?

Head to our 'Live' page on MyMusicTaste.com and select the DREAMCATCHER CONCERT CROSSROADS: Part 2. Utopia option, to get started! 

Detailed instructions have been listed down below:

1. Log into your MyMusicTaste account you used to purchase the ticket

2. Visit the ‘LIVE’ page on MyMusicTaste.com and select the project you are looking to stream/watch 

3. Start streaming!

**The streaming content may freeze or show an error message if the window you are watching it on is set as a background or if you are inactive for more than 10 minutes.

Can I record the online streaming show/concert?

Live streaming/filming/recording the event with any device is prohibited.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, and selling of the content without the copyright owner’s consent are acts of copyright infringement. 

Any illegally uploaded/recorded content will be directly reported to that social media platform and taken down. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

Reporting Illegally Downloaded/Streamed/Copied Content

If you happen to see any content online that has been illegally posted without the consent of the artists’ management or MyMusicTaste, please fill out this Google Form so that we may take appropriate action to have these videos removed/taken down.

The countdown clock has disappeared. Does this mean the show/concert isn’t happening?

Nope, not at all! This just means that we are preparing for the show/concert and it will begin shortly.

Can I watch the live streaming show on my mobile device or any other device?

Yes, but please be advised that watching it on any device other than a desktop/laptop may alter the visual interface and other options/functions that are available, such as the live chat feature.

What will the VOD be like?

The VOD is a replay service that will be viewable after the Korea Media Rating Board has reviewed its contents. 

Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on the review. 

The VOD service may not include all performances from the live streaming event due to copyright issues. 

Will the VOD be available to watch forever? Infinitely?

The VOD will be available to view for 60 days after it has been released/uploaded to MyMusicTaste. 

TROUBLESHOOTING

What should I do if I'm on the live streaming page, but it says the following message:

"Oops try again or contact us here"

Please do not abuse the refresh button by continuously pressing the refresh symbol on the page. If this message/error appears on your page, please wait a couple of minutes to refresh the page ONCE. 

If the live streaming event is still not available even after you have done this, please reach out to us here for additional assistance.

Please make sure you are logged into the MyMusicTaste account you have purchased the live streaming show ticket with. You must be logged into your account in order to view the concert.

- If you are logged into multiple devices with one MyMusicTaste account at the same time, you will be kicked out of the previous device/tab. We recommend watching the live show/concert on only one device. 

- For a smooth viewing experience, please access the Internet from an environment with a speed of 20Mbps or faster. If a shared network is used, there may be a slight delay even if the speed is 20Mbps or more. 

- 3G/LTE may increase data usage. Please be advised that using 3G/LTE may lead to unstable, weak signals and/or cause the live streaming program to disconnect during the middle of the event and disrupt the overall streaming experience. MyMusicTaste will not be liable for the factors listed above.

- External factors and/or technical difficulties may affect or disrupt the video/voice quality; please be advised of this before purchasing the ticket to this event. 

SHIPPING

Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we’re experiencing delays and suspension from some delivery couriers. 

We ask for your understanding in that your order may get canceled if your chosen shipping method becomes unavailable upon your order. 

For regions/areas where delivery has been suspended due to COVID-19, packages will be shipped out when delivery becomes available.

*Please note that all shipping addresses for DHL Express, including recipient name, should be written in English letters only. If Japanese, Chinese or any other characters are used in your information, it may affect the shipping status and cause delays.

**All Korea-based shipping addresses must be written in Korean characters and include a valid Korean phone number in order to prevent delays in shipment. MyMusicTaste is not liable nor responsible for any packages lost, returned, or delayed should the purchaser fail to follow the above.

***Please be advised that DHL Express is unable to deliver packages to P.O. Box addresses or to military bases.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Yes, you can edit the delivery address via ‘My Orders’ on the project page; however, the country of your shipping address cannot be changed once the payment has been made.

Please also note that you will not be able to make any changes after the sales end date on March 26, 2021.

**If DHL Express is the selected courier of choice, please be advised that once the package has been shipped out, all address change requests should be made directly with the courier via their ODD service. 

Where can I get my albums shipped to?

You can only get your order(s) shipped to the countries via the courier services currently listed on the project page.

When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out approximately the 4th week of April, after the sales closing date, and your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page once your order has been shipped.

Are duties and taxes included in the price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the price.

Please note that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the country, and this charge is determined by your local customs authority. Kindly refer to your local customs website for more information. 

Failure to comply or pay for the fees incurred within the designated time period determined by your local customs authority may result in your package being returned or permanently disposed of, and MyMusicTaste will not be responsible for any issues caused regarding this matter.

My package is being sent back to the sender because I missed my delivery. What should I do?

Failure to fill in the shipping information correctly may result in issues regarding product delivery. There will be no compensation for resulting damages.

If you would like the product to be re-delivered, please note the additional shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the purchaser.

How much would it cost for a re-shipment?

The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, the weight of the parcel, shipping address, and additional options. 

Re-shipment cost = shipping fee + forwarding fee + return fee*

My package arrived damaged or has a defect. What should I do?

MyMusicTaste is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from any deliberate acts or during the transportation and/or delivery of goods. If, however, you received your product and believe there is a defect or it arrived damaged, please contact us within seven (7) business days of the delivery date of your order. 

Include your order number, a photo of the shipping label which you may find on the outside of your parcel box, and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. 

If you have received a defective/damaged or are missing a MyMusictaste ‘Special Gift’ or ‘Purchaser’s Gift,’ please send us an image of the barcode that is placed on the outside of the product. 

Once we receive the item you consider defective, we will fully examine it and offer a full or partial exchange of the product with its re-shipment cost at the expense of MyMusicTaste.

For defective or missing items of projects with multiple versions of goods, please be advised that the exact same item or version may not be guaranteed as a replacement.

The following reasons will not qualify or be accepted as a reason for product replacement:

- If the user does not make a claim within the timeline

- If the user fails to provide all of the requested supporting documentation

- If the item is found damaged at the user’s fault

- If there are minor scratches, folds, defects, or untidy corners on the MyMusicTaste exclusive photocards 

For defective or missing items of projects with multiple versions of goods, please be advised that the exact same item or version may not be guaranteed as a replacement. 

Can I use a third-party shipping or freight forwarding service?

If a third-party shipping or freight forwarding service is used to ship items internationally, please be informed that:

• Packages may be delayed, lost, rejected, or charged additional customs fees, which will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser

• MyMusicTaste will not be responsible for any loss, damage, defect, material difference, or fees incurred after they’re delivered to you or a freight forwarder.

• MyMusicTaste will not be able to provide a replacement, refund, or compensation for any shipment taken outside of South Korea via a freight forwarding or third-party shipping service.

• You or the designated freight forwarder are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations. MyMusicTaste must not be listed on any export documentation (e.g., invoices, air waybills, packing lists, export declarations, etc.).
