When and where is the event happening?

2020 A.C.E Online Fan Concert - The Butterfly Phantasy will start on October 11, 2020, 1:00 PM KST via the MyMusicTaste live page. 

How long is the show?

The show will go on for a minimum of 100 mins. 

(Runtime and program are subject to change due to onsite conditions and/or other external factors).

Can anyone view the concert?

No, please be advised that only fans residing outside of South Korea will be able to purchase tickets and view the 2020 A.C.E Online Fan Concert - The Butterfly Phantasy via MyMusicTaste.

Fans residing in South Korea will be allowed to purchase their tickets and view the concert through Ollehtv and Seezn.

Is there an age restriction? 

There is no age restriction for viewing the 2020 A.C.E Online Fan Concert - The Butterfly Phantasy, and any user who has purchased a ticket via MyMusicTaste can enjoy the show.

Sales Open: September 22, 2020, 4:00PM KST

Sales Close: October 11, 2020, 1:30PM KST

Ticket sales will be open and available up until after 30 minutes of the start of the online concert. 

Please be advised that only fans residing outside of South Korea will be able to purchase the tickets and view the 2020 A.C.E Online Fan Concert- The Butterfly Phantasy via MyMusicTaste.

Fans residing in South Korea will be allowed to purchase their tickets and view the concert through Ollehtv and Seezn.

 

What are the available ticket options?

There are 2 types of tickets you can choose from. The tiers (types of tickets) have been listed below:

1. LIVE + VOD

2. VOD ONLY

*The VOD will be available for purchase after the concert has ended, and the exact sales period of the VOD will be announced later on.

*The VOD ONLY tier does not consist of a ticket to view the LIVE concert.

*The VOD will include edited clips from the from live streaming concert, and will be available to view for 60 days.

Example: If the VOD is purchased on November 29, 2020 the VOD will be available to view until January 16, 2021, 11:59PM KST

Example: If the VOD is purchased on December 29, 2020 the VOD will be available to view until January 16, 2021, 11:59PM KST

*All pricings are in USD.

All performances from the live streaming event may not be included in the VOD service due to copyright issues.

When will the VOD be available?

OPEN: November 19, 2020, 11:00AM KST

CLOSE: January 16, 2021, 11:59PM KST

- This gift is not transferable, and only the purchaser will be allowed to receive this reward.

- Multiple participation will not be allowed for this event.

- For more information regarding this event, please refer to the notice image on the detail page.

- The Live Streaming LAN Cable Audience Participation Event is only for those who have purchased the concert ticket (agreeing to the consent to use the collected personal information), and have applied for this event during the participation period. You will not be able to participate after the event participation period has ended.

- The live stream will begin from 1:00PM KST, and the online audience engagement time will last for 10 to 15 minutes during the event. (This may change on the concert day itself) There will be 2 notices sent in advance to the participants of this event (20 minutes and 10 minutes prior to the start of this event). To check and ensure the stability of the system on the day of the concert, winners are expected to login to the video chat program one hour before the concert starts.

- The concert duration is expected to last for 100 minutes (estimated end time is 2:20PM KST; however, this is subject to change). Only purchasers who are able to stay tuned throughout the entire concert are encouraged to apply for this event. (Exceptions for reasonable occurrences such as emergency circumstances will be granted)

- A mandatory rehearsal for this event will take place on October 10 to run through the setting of the video program. The rehearsal will last for around one hour, and the exact time of the rehearsal will be indicated on the individual winner announcement notice.

- Winners for this event will be selected through a random draw, and be contacted individually via the email you have provided. An email will be sent regarding this event, so please ensure that all personal details are inputted correctly.

- All responsibilities resulting from false entries will be borne solely by the participant.

- Multiple participation will not be allowed for this event.

Will refunds be allowed? 

All sales are final, and no refunds will be made.

Will there be any MyMusicTaste TasteMaker benefits?

There will be no Tastemaker benefits for this online concert.

 

How can I pay?

Payment can be made directly on our website via credit/debit card (Mastercard/VISA/American Express) or through PayPal. 

 

Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).

 

Do I need to register on PayPal before placing an order?

No, you can create a PayPal account during the checkout process if you do not already have an account.

 

Do the prices include taxes, ticketing fees?

No, you have to pay the necessary fees upon checkout. Please note that all prices listed before checkout do NOT include taxes and/or ticketing/service

 

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy?

Yes, you can only purchase one ticket regardless of the tiers under the same MyMusicTaste account. 

 

Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets mailed to you for the live streaming concerts/shows. Instead, you should receive an ‘order confirmation’ email verifying your purchase for the ticket.

(this will be sent to the email address used to register your MyMusicTaste account)

Can I change the tiers after finalizing the order?

No, you cannot modify the tiers after the transaction has been finalized.

 

How do I check my order status?

You will receive an order summary email upon completing your order successfully. You can also check your order(s) under ‘Purchases’ after logging into your MyMusicTaste account.

 

Please keep in mind that you will receive an email and SMS for your order regardless of the notification settings on your MyMusicTaste account.

 

My payment did not go through. What should I do?

Please check if your card is eligible for foreign transactions and has sufficient amount after taxes and shipping fees are applied. Please also make sure all details (name, address, etc.) have been listed accordingly as the payment may fail if this information is not listed correctly.

Can I record the online streaming show/concert?

Live streaming/filming/recording of the event with any device or platform is prohibited.

 

Unauthorized copying, distribution, and selling of content without consent of the copyright owner are an act of copyright infringement. 

 

Any illegally uploaded/recorded content will be reported to that social media platform directly and taken down. Legal action will be taken if needed. 

 

The countdown clock has disappeared, does this mean the online concert isn’t happening?

Nope not at all! This just means that we are preparing for the show/concert and it will begin shortly. 

 

Can I watch the online concert on my mobile device or any other device?

Yes, but please be advised that watching it on any device other than a desktop/laptop may alter the visual interface and other options/functions that are available (such as the live chat feature).

What should I do if I'm on the online concert page, but it says the following message:

"Oops try again or contact us here"

Please do not abuse the refresh button by continuously pressing the refresh symbol on the page. If this message/error is showing on your page, please wait a couple of minutes to refresh the page ONCE. Even after you have done this and the live streaming still is not showing, please reach out to us here for additional assistance.

 

Please make sure you are logged into the MyMusicTaste account you have purchased the live streaming show ticket with. You must be logged into your account in order to view the concert.
