What is the SIDE STAGE VIEW?

The SIDE STAGE VIEW gives you the opportunity to become a part of the performance through the eyes of a staff member. You can enjoy performances from the staff's point of view!

Get a sneak peek of the artist waiting to go on stage or watch them run onto stage before the start of the show.

*Please be advised that subtitles will not be available for the SIDE STAGE VIEW.

**This ticket can be purchased separately and will not conflict with livestream access perks available on other ticket tiers. Each order must be made separately, but will be available for viewing on the day of the show. Please note that the SIDE STAGE VIEW will not have a VOD available after the live show.


Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

It is restricted to 20 tickets per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

 

Is there a limit to the number of ticket tiers (options) I can buy?

No, you may purchase as many ticket tiers (options) as you like!

 

However, please know that all tickets are non-transferable and in the case that multiple ‘LIVE’ tickets are purchased, only one device will be able to view the live streaming event.


Are VAT taxes included in the ticket price?

Yes, VAT taxes are included in the ticket price.


Okay, but how will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets distributed for this event, and no direct link containing the event's streaming link will be emailed.


You will receive a confirmation email to the email address used upon joining MyMusicTaste, and this can be used to confirm your purchase. 


If you have not received a confirmation email, please contact us for further assistance.

 


SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

 

When will my order be shipped out?

Your order is expected to be shipped out starting from the second week of August, and your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page once your order has been shipped.

 

Please be advised that the above shipment date is tentative and may change based on external factors.

 

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Yes, you can edit the delivery address via ‘My Orders’ on the project page; however, the country of your shipping address cannot be changed once the payment has been made.

 

Please also note that you will not be able to make any changes after the sales end date on July 10, 2021 at 2:00 PM KST. 


Where can I get my order(s) shipped to?

You can only get your order(s) shipped to the countries via the courier services currently listed on the project page.

 

Please be advised that the above date is a tentative schedule and is subject to change. In case of any shipment delays, feel free to refer to our Help Center for more information. 

 

Are duties and taxes included in the product (MD) price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the product (MD) price.

 

Please note that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the country, and this charge is determined by your local customs authority. Kindly refer to your local customs website for more information. 

 

Failure to comply or pay for the fees incurred within the designated time period determined by your local customs authority may result in your package being returned or permanently disposed of, and MyMusicTaste will not be responsible for any issues caused regarding this matter.

My package is being sent back to the sender because I missed my delivery. What should I do?

Failure to fill in the shipping information correctly may result in issues regarding product delivery. There will be no compensation for resulting damages.

 

If you would like the product to be re-delivered, please note the additional shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the purchaser.

 

How much would it cost for a re-shipment?

The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, the weight of the parcel, shipping address, and additional options. 

 

Re-shipment cost = shipping fee + forwarding fee + return fee*

 

My package is damaged or defective. What should I do?

MyMusicTaste is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from any deliberate acts or during the transportation and/or delivery of goods. If, however, you received your product and believe there is a defect or it arrived damaged, please contact us within seven (7) business days of the delivery date of your order. Include your order number, a photo of the shipping label which you may find on the outside of your parcel box, and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. Once we receive the item you consider defective, we will fully examine it and offer a full or partial exchange of the product with its re-shipment cost at the expense of MyMusicTaste.


For defective or missing items of projects with multiple versions of goods, please be advised that the exact same item or version may not be guaranteed as a replacement. 


**If DHL Express is the selected courier of choice, please be advised that once the package has been shipped out, all address change requests should be made directly with the courier via their ODD service. 


For regions/areas where delivery has been suspended due to COVID-19, packages will be shipped out when delivery becomes available.

*Please note that all shipping addresses for DHL Express, including recipient name, should be written in English letters only. If Japanese, Chinese or any other characters are used in your information, it may affect the shipping status and cause delays.

 

**All Korea based shipping addresses must be written in Korean characters and include a valid Korean phone number in order to prevent delays in shipment. MyMusicTaste is not liable nor responsible for any packages lost, returned, or delayed should the purchaser fail to follow the above.

 

***Please be advised that DHL Express is unable to deliver packages to P.O. Box addresses or to military bases.



ORDERS & PAYMENTS


Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).


What kinds of payment do you accept?

Refer to our Payment & Refunds FAQ for more information on the types of payment methods available. 

 

*PayPal is not available for those purchasers with a Korean phone number, Korean billing address, and Korean shipping address.

 

My payment did not go through. What should I do?

Please check if your card is eligible for foreign transactions and has a sufficient amount after taxes and shipping fees are applied. If the payment still does not go through, please check with your bank.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed. Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

MYMUSICTASTE LIVE


How do I start streaming?

Head to our 'Live' page on MyMusicTaste.com and select the A.C.E ONLINE CONCERT: SIREN'S CALL event option to get started! 


Detailed instructions have been listed down below:


1. Log into your MyMusicTaste account 

2. Visit the ‘LIVE’ page on MyMusicTaste.com and select the event you are looking to stream/watch 

3. Begin streaming!


**The streaming content may freeze or show an error message if the window you are watching it on is set as a background or if you are inactive for more than 10 minutes.


Can I record the online streaming show/concert?

Live streaming/filming/recording the event with any device is prohibited.


Unauthorized copying, distribution, and selling of the content without the copyright owner’s consent are acts of copyright infringement. 


Any illegally uploaded/recorded content will be directly reported to that social media platform and taken down. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

Can I watch the live streaming show on my mobile device or any other device?

Yes, but please be advised that watching it on any device other than a desktop/laptop may alter the visual interface and other options/functions that are available, such as the live chat feature.


What will the VOD be like?

The VOD is a replay service that will be viewable after the Korea Media Rating Board has reviewed its contents. 


Please note that the schedule is subject to change based on the review. 

The VOD service may not include all performances from the live streaming event due to copyright issues. 


Will the VOD be available to watch forever? Infinitely?

The VOD will be available to view for 60 days after it has been released/uploaded to MyMusicTaste. 



TROUBLESHOOTING


What should I do if I'm on the live streaming page, but it says the following message:

"Oops try again or contact us here"

Please do not abuse the refresh button by continuously pressing the refresh symbol on the page. If this message/error appears on your page, please wait a couple of minutes to refresh the page ONCE. 


If the live streaming event is still not available even after you have done this, please feel free to contact us for additional assistance.


Please make sure you are logged into the MyMusicTaste account you have purchased the live streaming show ticket with. You must be logged into your account in order to view the concert.
