When and where is the event happening?

The 2021 EVERGLOW ONLINE CONCERT [THE FIRST] will be held on Sunday, July 25, 2021 at 3:00 PM KST.

How long is the show?

The show will go on for approximately 120 minutes. 

(Runtime and programs may be subject to change due to onsite conditions or other external factors).

Can anyone participate and is there an age restriction? 

Yes! There is no age restriction for this event, and fans of all ages are welcome.

What is the (D-1) Performance Rehearsal and when is it? 

It is a live viewing service that will be held on the evening of the day before the concert on July 24, 2021. 

The rehearsal will last for approximately 15-20 minutes and a total of three (3) songs will be performed.

What is the (After) Mini Fan Meeting and when is it? 

The (After) Mini Fan Meeting is a mini fan meeting event with the members of EVERGLOW and it will take place after the concert ends on the day of the concert.

Additional details in regard to this event will be disclosed at a later date.

How will I receive my tickets?

There will be no physical tickets for this event; a redeem code and live viewing page link will be sent to the email address registered to your MyMusicTaste account after the ticket sales have ended. Please refer to the dates and times below:

Will a VOD be available for purchase after the concert?

A VOD will not be available for purchase.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Do I need to register on MyMusicTaste before placing an order?

Yes, you must have a MyMusicTaste account to place an order. Please note that only single participation is allowed per account (i.e. you cannot purchase for two different people using the same MyMusicTaste account).

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can buy per transaction?

It is restricted to 20 tickets per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, you can do so by going through another transaction.

Is there a limit to the number of ticket tiers (options) I can buy?

No, you may purchase as many ticket tiers (options) as you like!

However, please know that all tickets and redeem codes are non-transferable and in the case that multiple ‘LIVE’ tickets are purchased, only one device will be able to view the live streaming event. One redeem code is assigned to each order ID and it cannot be used on multiple devices at the same time or you will be kicked out of the previous device/tab. 

Are VAT taxes included in the ticket price?

Yes, VAT taxes are included in the ticket price.

What kinds of payment do you accept?

Refer to our Payment & Refunds FAQ for more information on the types of payment methods available. 

*PayPal is not available for those purchasers with a Korean phone number, Korean billing address, and Korean shipping address.

My payment did not go through. What should I do?

Please check if your card is eligible for foreign transactions and has a sufficient amount after taxes and shipping fees are applied. If the payment still does not go through, please check with your bank.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are final and no refunds or order amendments are allowed. Please check your order thoroughly before completing the transaction.

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will be shipped out starting from August 11, 2021, and your tracking number will be available to view via the ‘Purchases’ section of your ‘My Activity’ page in your MyMusicTaste account, once your order has been shipped.

Please be advised that the above date is a tentative schedule and is subject to change. In case of any shipment delays, feel free to refer to our Help Center for more information. 

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Yes, you can edit the delivery address via ‘My Orders’ on the project page; however, the country of your shipping address cannot be changed once the payment has been made.

Please also note that you will not be able to make any changes after the sales end date on July 23, 2021 at 10:00 PM KST.

Are duties and taxes included in the product (MD) price?

Duties and taxes are NOT included in the product (MD) price.

Please note that all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes depending on the country, and this charge is determined by your local customs authority. Kindly refer to your local customs website for more information. 

Failure to comply or pay for the fees incurred within the designated time period determined by your local customs authority may result in your package being returned or permanently disposed of, and MyMusicTaste will not be responsible for any issues caused regarding this matter.

My package is being sent back to the sender because I missed my delivery. What should I do?

Failure to fill in the shipping information correctly may result in issues regarding product delivery. There will be no compensation for resulting damages.

If you would like the product to be re-delivered, please note the additional shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the purchaser.

How much would it cost for a re-shipment?

The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, the weight of the parcel, shipping address, and additional options. 

Re-shipment cost = shipping fee + forwarding fee + return fee*

- For regions/areas where delivery has been suspended due to COVID-19, packages will be shipped out when delivery becomes available.

*Please note that all shipping addresses for DHL Express, including recipient name, should be written in English letters only. If Japanese, Chinese or any other characters are used in your information, it may affect the shipping status and cause delays.

**If DHL Express is the selected courier of choice, please be advised that once the package has been shipped out, all address change requests should be made directly with the courier via their ODD service. 

***Please be advised that DHL Express is unable to deliver packages to P.O. Box addresses or to military bases.

**All Korea based shipping addresses must be written in Korean characters and include a valid Korean phone number in order to prevent delays in shipment. MyMusicTaste is not liable nor responsible for any packages lost, returned, or delayed should the purchaser fail to follow the above.

STREAMING THE CONCERT

How do I start streaming?

After completing your purchase on MyMusicTaste, you can watch this concert on a separate viewing platform with the redeem code you receive which will be provided later.

You will receive the redeem code and a live viewing page link at the email address registered to your MyMusicTaste account AFTER the ticket sales have ended. Please refer to the dates and times listed down below:

Can I record the online streaming show/concert?

Live streaming/filming/recording the event with any device is prohibited.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, and selling of the content without the copyright owner’s consent are acts of copyright infringement. 

Any illegally uploaded/recorded content will be directly reported to that social media platform and taken down. Legal action will be taken if necessary. 

Reporting Illegally Downloaded/Streamed/Copied Content

If you happen to see any content online that has been illegally posted without the consent of the artists’ management or MyMusicTaste, please fill out this Google Form so that we can take appropriate action to remove and take down these videos.

Can I watch the live streaming show on my mobile device or any other device?

Yes, but please be advised that watching it on any device other than a desktop/laptop may alter the visual interface and other options/functions that are available, such as the live chat feature.

- If you are logged into multiple devices with one MyMusicTaste account at the same time, you will be kicked out of the previous device/tab. We recommend watching the live show/concert on only one device. 

- For a smooth viewing experience, please access the Internet from an environment with a speed of 20Mbps or faster. If a shared network is used, there may be a slight delay even if the speed is 20Mbps or more. 

- 3G/LTE may increase data usage. Please be advised that using 3G/LTE may lead to unstable, weak signals and/or cause the live streaming program to disconnect during the middle of the event and disrupt the overall streaming experience. MyMusicTaste will not be liable for the factors listed above.

- External factors and/or technical difficulties may affect or disrupt the video/voice quality; please be advised of this before purchasing the ticket to this event. 

PRECAUTIONS/DISCLAIMER

MyMusicTaste is not liable for any loss or damages resulting from deliberate acts or during the transportation and/or delivery of goods. If, however, you received your product and believe there is a defect or it arrived damaged, please contact us within seven (7) business days of the delivery date of your order. 

Include your order number, a photo of the shipping label which you may find on the outside of your parcel box, and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. 

If you have received a defective/damaged or are missing a MyMusictaste ‘Special Gift’ or ‘Purchaser’s Gift,’ please send us an image of the barcode that is placed on the outside of the product. 

Once we receive the item you consider defective, we will fully examine it and offer a full or partial exchange of the product with its re-shipment cost at the expense of MyMusicTaste.

For defective or missing items of projects with multiple versions of goods, please be advised that the exact same item or version may not be guaranteed as a replacement.

The following reasons will not qualify or be accepted as a reason for product replacement:

- If the user does not make a claim within the timeline

- If the user fails to provide all of the requested supporting documentation

- If the item is found damaged at the user’s fault

- If there are minor scratches, folds, defects, or untidy corners on the MyMusicTaste exclusive photocards
