*The perfume scent is of citrus from fresh oranges, and the woody floral scent from Patchouli and Magnolia. This oil-based product is GMO-, alcohol- and paraben-free.

The MyMusicTaste Exclusive photocards are available only for orders made through MyMusicTaste during the sales period.

*The external packaging (box) is just for the protection of the goods (scratches and discoloration on the case cannot be the reason for an exchange or return).

No, you can create a PayPal account during checkout if you do not already have an account.

Do I have to pay a shipping fee at checkout?

Yes, you will need to pay a shipping fee at checkout.

How many items can I order? Is there a limit?

It is restricted to 12 packages per transaction. If you wish to purchase more, you can do so in another transaction.

All payments need to be completed before the sale closes, so please contact us at least one (1) business day prior to the closing time.

Can I change the quantity after finalizing the order?

No, you cannot modify the quantity after the transaction is finalized.

How do I check my order status?

You will receive an order summary email upon completing your order successfully. You can also check your order(s) under ‘My Orders’ on the project page.

Please keep in mind that you will receive an email for your order regardless of the notifications settings on your MyMusicTaste account.

My payment did not go through. What should I do?

Please check if your card is eligible for foreign transactions and has a sufficient amount after taxes and shipping fees are applied. If the payment still doesn’t go through, please check with your bank.

Glitter Perfume

What kind of product is the glitter perfume?

The glitter perfume is a non alcohol but oil based stick type perfume which is made with an one of a kind formula which includes glitter particles to enhance its unique scent and look when applied.

Is the glitter perfume made with safe ingredients?

The glitter perfume is phthalate-free, paraben-free, alcohol-free, non-GMO, talc-free, and gluten free. As it qualifies to be within the 6-free category, and was not tested on animals in any way, please be ensured that it is a safe perfume stick product.

How do I use this product?

Roll the product back and forth 2-3 times under your ears, wrists, and ankles to apply the scent onto your desired area.

I used the product, but there is no glitter being applied.

The glitter perfume is a product which contains glitter particles to represent the concept of STAR1117, and was produced with a special formula that does not make the glitter stain when used to allow you to utilize the product onto a wider range of desired areas.

Is the glitter perfume safe to use directly on the skin?

It is a product made with safe ingredients which is not harsh on the skin. However, please note that everyone’s skin may react in a different way, and it is advised to stop using the product to consult a professional should you face any unusual reaction after using the product.

Can I use the glitter perfume on my face?

Although the glitter perfume is made with safe ingredients, it is a stick perfume that is heavily concentrated with scent. Therefore, it is advised to avoid usage on the face, areas near your eyes, and lips as well.

How should I store the glitter perfume? 

Please store the product away from direct sunlight.

What is the expiry date of the glitter perfume?

Before the product has been opened: 24 months

After the product has been opened: 12 months

Why are there water particles on the surface of the stick perfume?

There may be water particles formed on the surface of the product depending on how you store the product. However, please note that this is considered to be a natural reaction and does not affect the product in any way. Most importantly, please be ensured that it is still safe to use the product even if you notice the formation of water particles.

Tattoo Perfume

What kind of product is the tattoo perfume?

The tattoo perfume is an unique instant tattoo product that is formulated with a combination of complex films and the scent of STAR1117.

Is the tattoo perfume made with safe ingredients?

The tattoo perfume is phthalate-free, paraben-free, alcohol-free, non-GMO, talc-free, and gluten free. As it qualifies to be within the 6-free category, and was not tested on animals in any way, please be ensured that it is a safe perfume product. However, please note that everyone’s skin may react in a different way, and it is advised to stop using the product to consult a professional should you face any unusual reaction after using the product.

How do I use this product?

Slightly press the tattoo stamp onto the tattoo perfume pad to ensure the stamp has been coated sufficiently. Once done, gently stamp down the tattoo stamp onto the desired area of your skin. Please note that too much product may cause the tattoo to smudge on the skin.

The tattoo has smudged on my skin.

Excessive usage of the stamp product can cause the tattoo to smudge on the skin. To erase and re-apply the product, please use a lip and eye makeup remover to remove the tattoo stamp, dry your skin, and gently stamp down the tattoo stamp onto the desired area of your skin for the tattoo design to be perfectly transferred.

Is this tattoo perfume considered to be a real tattoo?

The tattoo perfume is an instant perfume product which anyone can easily use to apply the product’s scent. It is a safe product that will not permanently stain your skin.

Can I use the tattoo perfume on my face?

Although the tattoo perfume is made with safe ingredients, it is advised to avoid areas near your eyes, and lips as well. If you claim to have sensitive skin, it is recommended to proceed with a patch test before using the product.

How should I store the tattoo perfume? 

The tattoo perfume is a product which should avoid heavy contact with air and direct sunlight. Please close the lid tightly after usage, and store it in an area where sunlight can be avoided.

What is the expiry date of the tattoo perfume?

Before the product has been opened: 12 months

After the product has been opened: 3 months

Can the tattoo perfume be erased?

The tattoo perfume is a waterproof product that can resist light sweats and cold water.

It can be erased with warm water and lip & eye makeup remover.

The design of the stamp is not being transferred nicely.

The tattoo perfume ink contains a fast drying substance that may easily dry up or evaporate when left exposed for too long. If the surface of the sponge appears to be dry, flip over the sponge as it has more ink absorbed on the bottom. Please keep in mind to have the lid closed tightly when not being used.

Can I use a different type of ink instead of the tattoo perfume ink?

Using a different type of ink other than the tattoo perfume ink can contaminate the surface of the stamp, and make it impossible to continue using the original ink. Therefore, it is highly encouraged to only use the tattoo perfume ink within the period of the product’s life span.

The tattoo stamp has become dirty.

The tattoo perfume consists of a special element that makes the product stay on neatly like a film. It is a natural occurrence for bits of this film to remain on the tattoo stamp, so don’t worry! ※Please do not forcefully wash or wipe the surface of the tattoo stamp

Due to the current circumstances surrounding COVID-19, we’re experiencing delays and suspension from some delivery couriers. We’re dispatching our orders as per usual, but the following couriers are experiencing delays in shipping to the respective countries.

Where can I get my package shipped to?

You can only get your order shipped to the countries listed on the shipping list.

What are the shipping options?

For those who use a package forwarding service and have a Korea-based shipping address, you MUST also enter a Korean phone number. The domestic shipping company will not be able to ship to a local address if you’ve entered an international phone number as your contact information. MyMusicTaste is not liable nor responsible for any packages lost or returned if the purchaser has entered an unreachable destination or incorrect contact information.

**It is the purchaser's responsibility to check whether their chosen delivery method is compatible with their delivery address and/or local customs authority. Should failure to check result in the package being returned to the sender, the re-shipment fee will be at the expense of the purchaser.

*The delivery periods listed above are the estimated standard delivery times. There may be delays depending on external circumstances.

When will my order be shipped to me?

Your order will be shipped out in the fourth week of June.

Are customs duties included in the price?

Duties and taxes are not included in the price. Your package may incur fees upon delivery and this charge is determined by your local customs authority.

Can I change the delivery address on my order?

Yes, you can edit the delivery address via ‘My Orders’ on the project page. Please note that you will not be able to make any changes after the sales end date of June 21, 2020 at 11:59 PM KST.

My package is being sent back to the sender because I missed my delivery. What should I do?

Failure to fill in the shipping information correctly may result in issues regarding product delivery. There will be no compensation for resulting damages.

If you would like the product to be re-delivered, please note the additional shipping costs incurred are at the expense of the purchaser.

How much would it cost for a re-shipment?

The calculation of the re-shipment cost will be in accordance with postal rates, depending on the type, the weight of the parcel, shipping address, and additional options. Please see below for a breakdown of fees.

Re-shipment cost = shipping fee + forwarding fee + return fee*

My package is damaged or has a defect. What should I do?

MyMusicTaste is not liable for loss or damage resulting from any deliberate act or during the transporting and/or delivering of the goods. If, however, you received your product and believe there is a defect or it arrived damaged, please contact us within seven (7) business days of the delivery date of your order. Include your order number and any photo evidence you may have showing the damage or defect. Once we receive the item you consider defective, we will fully examine it and offer a full or partial exchange of the product with its re-shipment cost

at the expense of MyMusicTaste.
