The Verification Form closed for the 5 cities on January 13, 2025.

The Verification Process was in place to ensure that you have the applicable Meet & Greet ticket corresponding to your floor ticket. This helps you check if your M&G ticket purchase aligns with your floor ticket.

Guidelines for purchasing with your floor ticket:

• Helsinki: Platinum and Gold tiers are only available for Tier 1; Silver is available for all tiers.

• Frankfurt: Platinum and Gold tiers are only available for Tier 1; Silver is available for all tiers.

• London: Only the Gold tier is available, and it is limited to Tier 1.

• Tilburg: Platinum and Gold tiers are available for Tiers 1 and 2; Silver is available for all tiers.

• Paris: Please contact Ticketmaster directly regarding both floor/standing tickets and Meet & Greet tickets.

For individuals who purchased tickets through DICE & EVENTIM, if the ticket holder and the person attending are not the same, the attending individual must present a physical copy of the ticket on the event day after transferring the ticket holder’s name. If the ticket holder’s name is not on the ticket, it is still necessary to have the physical ticket with you to participate in the event.

For verification via MyMusicTaste, the original ticket holders must complete the verification process using the email address associated with their MyMusicTaste account.

The ticket holders should have purchased M&G tickets on behalf of any participants in M&G in order to fill out the verification Google Form accordingly.

If participants purchased M&G tickets themselves, they will need to provide proof of both their floor tickets and M&G tickets according to the instructions we will provide.

Even if the ticket was transferred or purchased on your behalf, the original ticket purchaser must purchase the M&G package. (the purchaser's information can be updated within the MMT website.)

*This update must be completed no later than 24 hours before the event.

On the event day, if the ticket purchaser and the M&G purchaser are different people, the original ticket purchaser must be present at check-in to accompany the M&G purchaser.

However, if the ticketing platform allows you to update the ticket purchaser’s information, you can update it to your own name and purchase the M&G package through your own account on the MMT website.

Meet & Greet (M&G) ticket availability is strictly tier-specific and varies by city.

Platinum and Gold tiers are limited to Tier 1 in Helsinki and Frankfurt, only Gold Tier 1 is available in London, and Platinum and Gold are available for Tiers 1 and 2 in Tilburg.

For Paris, you must contact Ticketmaster directly regarding tickets.

Refunds will NOT be issued for any reason, including incorrect purchases. It is your responsibility to carefully review tier-specific availability before completing your purchase.
